MY DAILY SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Happy Monday! Per your request, today I'm sharing my daily smoothie recipe. I have been drinking these almost every day for about a half year now. Usually when I find something I really like, I incorporate it into my daily routine. I can honestly say this is a recipe I have yet to get tired of! Plus it is extremely easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:

-1 Frozen Banana

-1 Scoop of Whey Protein

-1 Spoon Full of PB2 (powdered peanut butter- contains less fat!)

-Almond Milk

Optional:

-I occasionally add 1 cup of spinach if I want my daily dose of greens

-They also make chocolate flavored PB2 powder which is so DELICIOUS

DIRECTIONS:

Note: *You don't have to worry about exact measurements, I usually just eyeball everything!*

I begin with one frozen banana and pour in some almond milk. Next, I add one spoon full of PB2 and one scoop of whey protein powder. Then, I blend it all up either in a regular sized blender or my NutriBullet! From there, I make sure the texture looks correct and occasionally add in a little ice if needed. AND that's it! So simple and delicious.
