This salad recipe has been in my family for as long as I can remember. We eat it at every family function and it is always a hit! This is sure to be a crowd favorite no matter the occasion. Super easy and delicious!!

STRAWBERRY SUMMER SALAD RECIPE
Salad:
- Romaine and Spring Salad Mix
- Walnuts
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- Chopped Strawberries
Dressing:
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1 cup granulated Splenda
**Tip** Keep adding red wine vinegar until the dressing tastes just right!
